Jeff Enfinger, the company’s founder has more than twenty-five years of experience in residential development and is the company’s visionary and planner. Sandra Steele has served as president of the company since 1998. Sandra has a background in business management, marketing, and construction. Together they lead an exceptional team of driven professionals they consider to be one of the top management teams in the business,

ESD’s traditional neighborhood designs focus on balance and wellness. Walking trails, parks, lakes and fitness areas are an integral part of their communities. Homeowners are encouraged to gather with neighbors at the club houses or common areas in each community.

ESD is passionate about serving the community at large and is involved in many civic organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Girls, Inc., American Heart Association, The Land Trust, The Alzheimer Association, the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association, Huntsville Area Association of Realtors and many more. ESD has donated land to The Land Trust, and donates trees each year in celebration of Arbor Day.
